Welcome to Arcade Wheel. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services (collectively, "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Service.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online arcade-style games with prizes is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your location.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Arcade Wheel and their immediate family members are not permitted to maintain a player account.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number (format 09XXXXXXXXX) and set a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, automation (bots), or violation of these Terms.

3. Playing the Games

Arcade Wheel is an arcade-style entertainment service with prize mechanics powered by a verifiable server-side Random Number Generator (RNG).
Every spin is independent. No prior result influences future outcomes.
Each spin result is logged with a unique Game ID for audit. You may request a review of any specific result via customer support.
Tickets may be earned through daily logins, promotional activities, referrals, or purchased using deposit balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GoTyme Bank, standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum amounts are displayed in-app.
First-time withdrawals require manual review and may take up to 24 hours.
We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, especially for high-value or suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal fees and processing times are subject to change; current figures are displayed at the time of withdrawal.
Deposits and winnings are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers (free tickets, deposit bonuses, referral rewards) are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion.
Bonuses may have turnover / wagering requirements before winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
We reserve the right to revoke bonuses obtained through abuse, fraud, or promotion stacking.
The referral program rewards are not transferable and are paid only after the referred friend completes registration.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use any bot, script, or automated means to interact with the Service.
Attempt to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service's security.
Create multiple accounts or share credentials.
Collude with other players or engage in chip-dumping / bonus abuse.
Upload, submit, or transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Use the Service if you are under 18 or gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Arcade Wheel or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Responsible Gaming

Arcade Wheel is entertainment, not a source of income.
Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, contact a support resource such as gamblingtherapy.org.
You may request a self-exclusion or account closure by contacting customer support at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Wheel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the net amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Service or by in-app announcement. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, by the competent courts of the Philippines.
